Making us distinctively different, OEM Tube Assemblies will locate a dedicated facility near our customer, volume permitting. This gives us the opportunity to deliver daily, twice daily or hourly while adhering to lean manufacturing concepts.
OEM coordinates with the customer to manage and reduce finished goods inventory levels. In this manner, OEM becomes synchronized with our customer’s manufacturing operation. This allows the customer a high degree of flexibility. OEM can quickly respond to any concerns, design changes, product introductions, or eliminations and will participate in customer review meetings. Operations management is directly involved and responsible for service levels. This process of involvement allows OEM and the customer to function as one efficient manufacturing team.
Very Cost EffectiveSubsourcing can be a very cost effective alternative to producing product in-house or conventional outsourcing . OEM Tube can assist customers by reducing component obsolescence costs. Product phase-in and phase-out projects can be monitored and controlled as a result of OEM acting as the customer’s lean manufacturing cell.
Capital investment can be reduced as inventory, equipment, raw material, and floor space are transferred to OEM Tube.
